Napoli is trailing 1-3 against Athletic Bilbao and the match is almost over. Does this mean NO Champions league for Higuain this time?

Kid> Peruzz's catania relegated to serie B. I think Roncaglia of Fiorentina suits here. i would prefer Parades as a sub of Alvarez. otherwise the team is all good
DD> excellent selection. but nico pareja is also doing well for Sevilla. and fede cartabia may be an option for paitti

Luciano VIETTO looks to be a great dribbler & has some outstanding scoring abilities. He can certainly get a look in to the NT. It remains to be see how he faces strong defenses!

@Gilly, Ivan Leszczuk is a central midfielder with some playmaking ability in the mold of Veron/Banega so I don't think hes a striker or even close to being one.

Yes, agreed. He needs to be a starter for sure. Liverpool is not for him.

romaro needs to change his agent, the links to liver are only as a back up keeper not a starter and why do that again? its crazy as he is a solid keeper.

Romero's loan stay ended at monaco.he is strongly being linked with Liverpool nowadays. Officially he's still a Sampdoria player.

La Liga Argentinian XI:-
Rulli; Ansaldi, Otamendi, Musacchio, Orban; Mascherano, Bruno Zucillini, Banega (Augusto Fernandez), De Paul; Messi, Piatti (Correa)

Ansaldi at RB, since I couldn't find another good one.

With Pastore in the form he is in now, we could easily play a 4-4-2 with a diamond mid field and Messi Higuain as the two forwards, would love to see that.

What I understand from my little knowledge is that Ignacio Piatti is 29 years old and is a midfielder... If that's true I don't think he should be there on that list ... Check me if I am wrong... In forward line , Ivan Leszczuk and Mauro Icardi are missing..

So good to see the gen next .... However all the names there in the list are well and truly discussed here on Mundo.. but I find this a little weird not to see Lamela, Otamendi , Cirigliano and Iturbe...

@KidultHood: thanks. good info. But I doubt whether France can make an equally good team picking just their EPL players.
@Ayr18: your team is more balanced than mine. I didn't keep Yacob there since he's mostly on bench for his club team.

Here is a cool Argentina EPL team I came up with, having all players from EPL in 5-3-2 format:-

Caballero (Man City); Zabaleta(Man City), Demichelis(Man City), Coloccini(Newcastle), Fazio(Tottemham), Rojo(Man U); Faurlin(QPR), Lamela(Tottenham), Di Maria(Man U); Zarate(West Ham), Aguero(Man City)
Subs: Paulo Gazzaniga(Southampton), Fernandez(Swansea), Vergini(Sunderland), Ferreyra(Newcastle), Yacob (WBA), Ulloa (Leicester City)

I doubt any country apart from England can have a team/ squad like this just by picking EPL players! Belgium might be the closest.

Bsides Iturbe & Icardi, we should also keep an eye on Facundo Ferreyra & Mauro Zarate. One of tagliafico/Orban/ Santi Garcia should also be considered for the backup for Rojo. Ansaldi may not be the best option there!

Lucas Romero, Gil Romero, Ocampos, Kranevitter, Luciano Vietto, Iturbe, Zuculini, Correa and Rodrigo Paul will all be U23 players, playing at the 2016 Olympics..I hope Argentina make it, this will be a stage for them to shine on because not all these young and upcoming players will likely be selected to the senior team before the 2016 Olympics..

Argentina projects at the moment should be;

1. Win the 2015 COPA America.

2. Win the next installment of the Youth U20 World Cup.

3. Win COPA America in 2016

4. Win the U23 Olympic Gold Medal in Rio 2016.

5. Qualify for the 2018 world cup on top of CONMEBOL.

6. About time we win an U17 Youth world cup

7. Skip The Confederation Cup..

8. Win the 2018 world cup.
