Mundo Celebrates The Birthday of Roman & Lionel
Today we celebrate the birthday of a former and current star of the Albiceleste.   Both of them have won the Under 20 World Championship (one of which was on my own backyard) and together they help Argentina to defend the Olympic gold medal in 2008.
Unfortunately, the happiness of seeing together stopped there, makes you wonder just how much more good they could have become but we are not going to dabble into that.
Instead let us remember the good times we’ve seen from them as I’m sure there is many and surely we hope for one of them, more to come in the next few weeks.
On behalf of everyone at Mundo Albiceleste…
Feliz Cumpleanos to both Juan Román Riquelme and Lionel Messi!!!

I never forget what they did in Copa 2007! What they offered was so spectacular that I did not even care about winning. yeah, we lost to Brazil after some silly mistakes but my goodness, the free kicks from Roman, the chip shot from Leo against Mexico, the game against U.S... they play with style and confidence, and one can only wonder what could've happened if Roman and Leo were still together in 2010.

Roman was a pleasure to watch. In many ways, James Rodriguez reminds of him. What he's doing for Colombia is not far from what Roman did under Pekerman. I don't know if one should attribute it to Pekerman or these guy are just genius (or perhaps both!)

I can't wait to see Colombia crush Brazil in quarter finals.

Happy Birthday to Roman, Leo and guess who, Me!
Yes, I am quite lucky celebrating my day with my legends!

Now I'm riding on 30s. Goodbye 20s, where I wasn't fortunate enough to witness the Albiceleste lifting a real trophy on the Senior level. But I really hope that 30s wouldn't let me down and it kicks off with witnessing my Beloved Argentina lifting the most precious trophy in the world of football.

Come on Leo, don't let us down, just do it right and celebrate your legacy
