A Sneak Peak Into Argentina Training Base

As you all know by now, Argentina training camp in Brazil will be based at the Cidade do Galo, which belongs to Clube Atlético Mineiro that is situated in Belo Horizonte.

Here are some photos that will give you an insight to the surrounding of the premise including the gymnasium, cafeteria and also where & what the players will do during their leisure time.

Interesting enough, the first photo which is the entrance to the training center which states (in Spanish) “Welcome to the Future Champions”

The big sign at the entrance has been removed. Not only is it unnecessary, Bilardo thought it'd bring bad luck (he also switched room numbers 13 and 17 to 33 and 77) and the grammar was wrong.

As for unexpected Brazilian sympathy for the team - Rio Grande do Sul (the southernmost state) is known to have lots of Argentina and Uruguay fans. I read there were some Atlético Mineiro fans cheering for us in Belo Horizonte as well, but mostly because Sabella coached Estudiantes when they sent their rivals off the 2009 Libertadores.

i wonder how guys turned messi from barcelona to argentina. This article shows how important higuain is. Every football pundits or critics analysing argentina team and formation and they r praising sabella tactics and work ethics. I wish it will continues even after the worldcup.

@guled NO BRASILIAN would want to see Argentina win anything!! Let alone a World Cup in Brasil..... They might not want Brasil to win because of Government policies which came to be because of the World Cup being in Brasil....but Argentina winning it?!! NEVER! the hate in real....I have Brasilian friends I'm staying with in Fortaleza and Rio and they love me like a brother but they tell me,
"don't wear a argentine jersey or there might be problems..." I'm going to wear it anyway and when i do and there is "problems" ....im got to say, "but @guled on albiceleste said that Brasilians are cheering for Argentina to win because of the government situation!" i will let you know what there response was when i return, and if i return!! lol

You can rent Ronaldinho's mansion for $15,000 a night during the World Cup..Talk about exploiting, even Ronaldinho getting in on the act..Is this guy serious, who will spend this type of money during the world cup per night on a flat..

Ronaldinho need to check himself...lol

Beautiful base. Hope it's really turns out to be the real base of the future champions. Has anyone heard the latest on Higuian? Without him we're handicapped in attack.
