Alejandro SABELLA fake Twitter account

I've been seeing people paste supposed quotes from Alejandro SABELLA's Twitter account. SABELLA does not have a Twitter account. @AleSabellaDT is not a real account and the verified checkmark next to it is part of the image and not a real one. Again, not a real Twitter account.

If his team had played better than maradonas and batistas why cant we trust him.??? He has done well in wcq...and he got excellent results against big teams like germany, spain, italy, brazil eventhough it was friendly..sabella has done good to argentina team...He has succeceed in building a team...not promoting a one man show like maradona did with messi in 2010 wc..

u are sure right...a sturbon old man who picked his world cup 2014 team since 2011 and nothing cant change his mind, not even Gago injury will prevent him from going and additionally Romero would go even if he on a wheel chair (God forbid)What a shame in my team coach...

Interview with Sabella in Dutch football magazine.

http://www.vi.nl/nieuws/sabella-heeft-geleerd-van-uitschakeling-tegen-oranje-op-wk-.htm

He talks about Argentina’s exit in 1998 when he was sitting next to coach Passarella. He will take that experience to Brazil 2014. He claimed that Argentina’s players were full of adrenaline after beating England after a classic match and penalties. They celebrated the victory against England and were unfit when they faced the Netherlands, three days later in 30 degrees. Sabella claims that he learnt from that woeful experience and will keep his players quiet after a victory and make sure they quickly recover their energy level.

Wise words from a stubborn man.

the spurs started for me in 2000 and it was a natural progression as ive been a Tottenham hotspur supporter all my life and naturally the san ant "spurs" became my basketball team and when manu "obi wan" ginobili joined it was even better for me.
i still dont know how we lost the last n.b.a final esp as we were 5 points ahead with 25 sec to go in game 5 (we were up 3-1)

on another note, with the taking over of Marseille by Bielsa, i would love to see the kid Luque and maybe even centurion under his wing! Also idk how many of you watch La Primera but Correa of San Lorenzo who very well could be the next big thing, is set to go to Atletico Madrid as Simeone is an open admirer of his.

I feel sorry for moyes, he was left with a team in dire need of 5-6 players and worse is the best thing for utd was fergurson but hes now becoming their worst as wont go away,. a.f is on the board and at every game, he decided moyes was the one when mon was available and wanted the job.
it was a.f who decided not to appoint mon and a.f and mon are good friends.
a.f has to walk away from the club and let a manager and club do its job.

Do you guys follow Carlos Luque. Have you seen his highlights? sheesh.. This kid move faster than a speed of bullet, while maintaining tight possession, as a left winger. Unfortunately, he also plies his trade on the left, a position of abundance in the National Team (Di Maria, Gaitan, Perotti if he stills plays)

Chalz - Why do we need to talk about players like Pablo Aimar and Fernando Redondo in a world cup year? Its not like any of these players will feature in Brazil this summer.. I respect all these past players but its pointless talking about past players who wont feature in Brazil..What is done, is done already, let us just look to the future now, we cant go back to the past and change the misfortune of these players..

Former Argentina national squad football player Pablo Aimar. (AFP)
Football: Argentine star Aimar axed by Malaysia club

KUALA LUMPUR: Former Argentina star Pablo Aimar has been axed by Malaysia's Johor Darul Takzim after being sidelined by injury problems, the club's president said.

The 34-year-old World Cup veteran was part-way through a two-year contract which reputedly made him the highest paid foreigner ever to play in Malaysia.

Tunku Ismail Ibni Sultan Ibrahim, the crown prince of Johor state, announced the move as part of a clear-out strategy which also involved replacing coach Cesar Jimenez with Bojan Hodak.

"As it is now, Pablo Aimar has not fully recovered from his injury and cannot contribute 100 per cent in the games played," he said in a statement on the club's website.

"After playing two matches for JDT, we had to sit him out of six matches due to the injuries succumbed. With the high investment that we have made for our foreign players, we expected to field three foreign players at all times."

He added: "Clearly from this, we were not able to maximise our investment and with the advice of the coaching staff it is important for us to have three foreign players at all times."

Aimar, who has 52 international caps and played at the 2002 and 2006 World Cups, signed for JDT last September. He has also played for River Plate, Valencia, Real Zaragoza and Benfica.

Masce last hour flying trackle is the turning point of the game. Oh masce what a warrior. Every nation wants to have a devotee like you. Messi have a game and somehow keep critics apart. The best part of the game is that when i listen comentator saying pinto," pinto dives like a superman."lol. Santi garcia had a superb game with flying heading which kisses the net . Gaitan, enzo, garay and salvio raised the argie superiority in european pitch by winning the Liga ZON Sagres.

That's not true about ''if the world want to know about talent they have to play in Europe''..If majority of the South American players could get the same salary in the South American leagues they receive while playing in Europe then they would stay put on the continent..The media and the world do know about the talent in South America, that's the reason they scout Argentina and Brazilian leagues all the time..So many South American kids at 10 years old are being ship to European football Academy on a daily basis..Its that a lot British sport writers are bias towards Argentina players, and that is a fact.Players like Townsend, Welbeck, Cleverly, Smalling, Evans etc are consider great talent in England these guys are average players that are made to look good in the BPL because of the global presence it has around the world..I would not consider the EPL in the top 3 leagues in Europe, if you look at La Liga for the past several season they have been dominating the UCL and Europa leagues on a consistent basis season after season (when I say dominate, I mean the number of teams that make the quarter and semifinal in these tournament)...All 4 Spanish teams remaining in both the UCL and Europa cup all have great Argentina presence throughout the teams.

I saw this topic on Bleacher Report and not one single Argentina player was mention and only one Brazilian..

''20 Next Big Stars of World Football''

Written by Laura Greene.

I had to laugh while going through this list..South American countries mostly Argentina and Brazil will always produce the best footballers on the planet..The thing I don't get with Bleacher Report is that they're way too pro European with their articles, acting as if talented players are only playing in La Liga, Bundes and the BPL..Apart from Zlantan, I don't see any elite European striker at the moment..This world cup will be interesting because a lot of these overrated players from Europe will be a no show..

Deb- The attacking mid player will be Lamela and the defensive mid will come from either Sosa or Augusto..I don't see Sabella calling any new faces or local players that might have featured in one offs or two offs games during the wc qualifiers..Almost all of the guys that were in the squad for the Romania game will be going to the world cup..The defenders I would like to fill the empty spot remaining is either Fazio or Musacchio but that's unlikely,so it will be either Otamendi or Coloccini..Why do you need extra right back when there are Zaba and Campa in that position? The LB position should have more option instead of RB position..

7 defenders, 8 midfielders, 5 forwards - that's how we have to make our final 23. So that there's always an extra buffer in midfield for Gago.

7 defenders should be enough. Zabaleta, Garay, Fernandez, Rojo, Basanta, 1 extra CB, 1 extra RB.

5 forwards would be Messi, Aguero, Higuain, Lavezzi, Palacio. That also should be fine.

Hence we can go with 8 midfielders. The confirmed ones are Mascherano, Gago, Biglia, Banega, Di Maria, Maxi Rodriguez. So we have 2 spots left. Now if Gago is missing, we have to start with Mascherano and Biglia. So obviously we need 1 defensive midfielder as susbstitute. The other one has to be a holding midfielder, and not an attacking midfielder. We have got 2 options for that attacking midfielder already.

I said a couple of days ago that soon someone would write that Messi-Neymar is not compatible. Here we go:

http://www.goal.com/en/news/1717/editorial/2014/04/20/4763695/messi-neymar-lampard-gerrard-and-the-perfect-partnerships?ICID=OP

The list of bad partnership from goal.com:
1. Messi-Neymar (both are playmaker forward)
2. Gerrard-Lampard (both are very similar)
3. Kluivert-Nistelrooy (both are #9)
4. Scholes-Veron (both want to be the general of midfield)
5. Klose-Gomez (both fight for Germany 1 spot #9)
6. Totti-Del Piero (both are legend of playmaker forward)
7. Henry-Reyes (both are AML/FL)

Anybody else on your list? I know a very very famous one for us: Messi-Tevez.

From Sabella's interviews lately, it didn't seem that he considers new comers at all. I think he still believes that Gago will make it. So Cambiasso chance is highly unlikely, not even the top 30.

I won't be surprised though if the unknown like Somoza or Di Santo make the top 30, but definitely not the 23 rosters.

a great post by you Mr. Messay...btw is it your name or it's the way commentators shout after messy scores a golazo?

sabella is a coach who regards team chemistry as the most important thing in my opinion. Otherwise he would have called cabellero and Icardi. But he definitely would not! because

-Cabellero is a loudmouth
-Icardi is a bum!(in fact the worst kind of bum there is! with him in the squad everybody will be too busy hiding their wives instead of playing!)

I struggling to respect sabellas decision to keep Romaro as the no 1 keeper, im sick of our n/t coaches over the years becoming blind to the point of stupidly about certain players playing or not playing.

I would not have a problem if sabella had tried others keepers and they had failed but to keep a player who has barely played in the last year as your number 1 no matter what sadly reeks of stupidly when their are other g/k's who deserve a chance.

thank you for clearing this up brother... it is funny how we go from one extreme to another by mere headlines from news outlets (fake ones too).

As long as I remember, every Argentina team that was headed to the World Cup was heavily criticized. maybe the 1998 squad didnt (or maybe it was due to the fact there wasnt much of a media outlet as there is today).

in 02 the lack playtime for Aimar and Riquelme not being called up... or not playing bati & crespo.

in 06, pekerman was the most hated coach we have had. His nick name was pekershit. We got trashed by brazil in the confederation cup... I remember leading to the WC, we were losing to England & Croatia... players like Bilos, insua and somoza were being called. Even the inclusion of saviola in the starting 11 was a gamble, as the likes of tevez were a better option. Remember saviola was a bench warmer that year... but pekerman knew what he was doing. The inclusions of cufre and scolani are still unforgivable, as he lacked a real LB, when the then young Zanetti was left at home.

in 2010 (well let me not even bother)

2014 - each coach in every sport has his own philosophy. He calls players that fits that philosophy. Sabellas philosophy was..

A) team cohesion - almost all the players he calls get along great. I would say 80% of the players called are either from the youth world cup team, or the olympic team. The remaining he used during the qualifiers were his Estudiantes lads...

B) Hard working players... look, i can not stand SOSA. But i completely understand why he kept calling him. He is the only midfielder we have that is decent (not great) at going forward and Good (not great) at defending... but sosa can close gabs well.

Now, the issue of Romero is a head scratcher... mainly because we have a couple of other goalies that are doing well. Now, i am not one to believe Willy is our savior. Believe me, i have watched many of his games, He will have a great game, but he will concede some head scratchers too. Although I respect Sabellas decision to stick with Romero, i really think He should highly consider bringing in the best goalie available.

Remember, there was a huge Goalie war going in with the German team in 06. Oliver Khan was pretty much a god there... but klinsman opted to go with Lehman.

Our defense is finally stable.

In the past, every time we get attacked, i just simply close my eyes... these days, i am so confident that we could handle threats.

I didnt mean to talk too much, I just wanted all of us to be excited about the team we are fielding this world cup... I feel good about us... We have a unified team. Lets Go get this trophy that has been dodging us for decades. Vamos Argentina!

Regarding Messi, i think if they would've bought Neymar 4 years from now it would be perfect. I expect Messi around that time to transition to more of a number 10 and classic play maker, but right now he is in the prime of his life, in other words Messi must be really hurt. As Cruyff said? I think it was Cruyff, ask Messi to play on the wing he will play on the WING, he's not gonna do anything else, you can tell that he's rebelling at Barca, each time Neymar on the wing grabs the ball and tries to dribble so does Messi. His pride or the lack in confidence in him or whatever is happening is clearly hurting Messi, I'm expecting Messi to come with a clear heart and eager to play for Argentina and absolutely tear it up in Brazil..just gotta wait for it :)

Pradi i highly doubt messi will quit futbol if he is sold by barca. Why would have messi even stated a 250,000,000 euro release clause if he plans on retiring after barca?

If Barcelona sell Messi at this point, Real Madrid and Atlety Madrid would rule La Liga for the foreseeable future..Although I would like Messi to move on anyways Barcelona would sell the entire team first before selling Messi..Barcelona are looking to offload Song, Alves and, Alexis..I don't think Mascherano is leaving Barcelona..

"what exactly is twitter?"
I also don't see sabella thumbing his thoughts to the world via twitter.

rosell runs barca from home now.... Nike wants to get řiď of Messi.
.
We all should stand with Messi ať this crisis time.... Till last week i thought he should stát put... But now i feel he Needs to move on....Good for club & Messi.
.
PSG nor Manchester City should he goto.... But a team with not just money.... Maybe like Bayern or Real even!!!!!!! or Manchester United or Inter or even AC.
.
Im 200% sure Pep wouldnt want to work Messi again. Their tango is over. Maybe a team which Bielsa heads$$$$$$%%%%%####@@@@ humny for sure. I dont mean Marseille But the above club s If Bielsa & Messi song up together.
.
Messi has to get himself out - first from his i ner demons.... Then the router ones.
.
Messi - 2014 is a chance u wouldnt get for Argentina again.

Johnny It was just an idea throw up in thin air..lol Apart from that though, Vergini height was crucial for Sunderland especially on set piece and those high ball Chelsea keep on throwing at the Sunderland defenders..

Does any1 know the extent of higuains injury? On another note I was watching Bremen game today nd was surprised in Santiago gracia nd di santos form... Both players have a lot of potential especially Garcia nd r not as bad as some people here describe them... I believe at least Santiago Garcia should be given a chance for the national team; he is a gr8 left back
