Fabian MONZON signs on loan with Fluminense

Argentina leftback Fabian MONZON has signed a loan deal with Brazilian club Fluminense.

MONZON, who signed with Lyon at the beginning of the season, has signed a loan deal until the end of 2013 with Fluminense. The club has the option to buy him at the end of the deal. Fluminense sporting director Rodrigo CAETANO had this to say:

"In signing the player, we have stuck to our policy of always having at least two quality players in each position of the pitch. We are now prepared for the 2013 season."

Fabian MONZON won gold with Argentina at the 2008 Olympics.

- I also heard that Insua (from Sporting Lisbon) is also heading to Brazil for around 4M
