Its true @Abs I agree with U, most here Agree with U too. But either the AFA or Sabella himself can only take the action, All we can do is just to Dream or assume that Sabella will improve his Player Selections.

@ Mik:

It is weird that we all agree that some players in the national team should leave, and to some point we also all agree on a number of players that should replace them.

I never argued that much about manager selection, but when it comes to such a point were all the fans (mostly here in Mundo) actually agrees, then that's big, and Sabella can only be blind not to see that.

Agree @Soumya, Brana is there to repiace Mascerano but Guinazu can do it too. We need someone to Substitue for Gago the best options r Biglia,Tino and Banega(when come back to his form he has started training and he was in Sabellas first few selections prior to injury) Either Biglia, Tino or Banega for Brana could be fine. And for Maxi i think Lucho Gonzalez is the perfect replacement,Guttierez for Sosa. And some better full backs will make our team even better.

All these players still have a chance because all of them have been selected by Sabella before ,So still we can hope atleast some gets in,I dont see more Attacking players to be selected by Sabella bcoz he is defencive minded. So Pastore, gaitan, lamela is a distant dream. Then again its our assumptions. Lets see.As @Abs said When are we going to get over those players only Sabella knows.

i agree with u @mik....i think MC have the best defenders...and epl clubs and uruguay NT are not the same...most of the epl clubs play very attacking style....and the game is very open minded...Now a days in WC qualifiers strategys are every thing....coach needs to understand who will be effective ...and who will not....i think brana is a good player...but problem is he is very old....his playing style(CDM) more like mascherano....but if GAGO(best game maker in NT) will injured ...i dont know who will be his replecement....thats why i want to name another two CM: biglia and tino....They are the best replacement of gago.....and MAXI!!! ...i would prefer gaitan or lamela...they are future and hot blooded youth of NT...

I agree Zabaleta for MC is Very Gud i have seen him play very well at MC, but for us he has been bad, because ours is entirely different scenario from MC, our CBs r still vulnerable. They have Improved but they both r still not perfect and they both r Slow Defenders. So we need Full backs who can Defend well Zabelata is not that gud Dfencively even at City too he is not that great Defencively but he do gives some nice Crosses and moves well going Forward. Campagnaro for now is better than him,Simple reason He Defends better than Zabaleta. that dont mean Zabaleta is a Bad Player. But for us he Have been bad in not one or two but somany games. Thats a worrying sign.

no doubt sasa brana maxi has to be replaced but not zabaleta ... come on man he has been playing very good lately in epl... keep him on the bench so he will not feel complacent... his last two games with city was awesome..

Take off Maxi and Brana from those Midfielders and replace them with some one with more quality the team looks gud. Still the likes of Sosa, Zabaleta r there but for now Maxi and Brana seems to be the weakest players.

I would have preferred Lisandro Lopez getting a chance instead of these two. I do not why sabella prefers these old guys (around 32 to 33). In two years time they will 35...Why doesn't he nurture the younger talent...

More rooms for domestic players; looks good as they are more committed and keen to play for the development their career except for the old guard.

A total of 7 domestic based players are called. Usually we went for 5 or 6. 2 New central defenders are called: Desabato and Sebastian Mendez. Then we also add Gino Peruzzi. It is quite strange because now we have too many players:

DR: Campagnaro, Zabaleta, Peruzzi
DL: Rojo, Clemente
DC: Federico Fernandez, Garay, Desabato, Mendez

There is an extra player there. Then there is:

DM: Masche, Gago, Brana, Guinazu
AM: Di Maria, Sosa, Perez, Maxi

Forwards: Messi, Aguero, Higuain, Martinez, Barcos.

Quite a complete team. Who can break this rotation?

This is Gud even though still the Oldies r there but Sabella is improving Guys Peruzzi is the one who strikes in this Domestic Lineup Will he be played thats another story but glad that he is in Sabellas Radar. One name missing is MINO. Hope he too comes to our NT soon.

I think Peruzzi can start at RB and Zabaleta will play at LB(Rojo and Clemente and Zabaleta cant pick the clear winner there).

And Mino is a perfect Replacement for Sosa he can Defend well He can help in attack too. A type of Player whome Sabella prefers in Midfield another one is Guttierez who can also replace Sosa. I saw him at NC he is very gud very hard working has improved. And nowadays he is playing as a DM too he is evolving.

Let me make it clear... He is too good to be played out of position Falcioni seems to be missing the issue here. But it is what he needs to do at Boca.

Sanchez Miño strength should be used in the attacking core of the MF. He is not as good as a LB as he is in the MF, that is very clear. I'd rather use natural full backs, like Peruzzi, Mati Rodriguez, Nico Tagliafico(Who is in Spain's second division) then waste the talent of a true MF' on Sanchez Miño as a full back? Do you understand that argument Mr D? If not, I will break down for you even further.

So @Jack!, let me see if I understand your argument:

If Sanchez Miño plays really well at LB for the NT then he might keep playing as a LB for the NT...man that would be horrible. Argentina having a quality LB sound slike a good thing to me.

You think it would be better to play Rojo at LB...who plays CB for Sporting.

@Jack, is it exhausting figuring out a way to justify every Sabella decision?

Well, we will see who plays where. Maybe Peruzzi plays on one end and Zaba or Rojo play the other. It would honestly be a mistake to play Sanchez Miño there and the simple reason is if he becomes good at in the eyes of Sabella that is where he will play him instead of playing him in the MF where he belongs.

@Jack! agreed but Argentina needs a LB. Okay, you don't get the best out of Sanchez Miño at LB but is Clemente a better choice? I don't think so.

Sanchez-Miño at LB is not where you will get the best out of him.

I disagree sulav, gago is a very important player, I really can't understand why many people dont see that. He's consistent, hard working, does some great one touch passing and some decent defensive work. Guinazu is not bad mind you, but I'd bring him in if either masch or gago seem to tire or the play gets really rough (like with peru).

¡Viva los Handballs Hermanos!

The guy that's displacing Clemente at LB for Boca--Sanchez Miño--can't get the call up and Boca's best CB can't even get a call up for the domestic squad.

*sigh*

Yes Martinez included, but he is not a domestic player any more, cause he plays in Corinthians, Brasil.

Pls, Roy let you be smart this time around,it is high time for you to stop leaking the secret of our camp by given details of possible line up,pattern practice and players involved. We need to keep our opponent in the dark as to what pattern and players they are going to see on the match. But by posting, it will be easier for one of their technical staff to visit this site and have a clue on our approach.
