Rumors of DI MARIA being dropped for Tuesday

18

The news never stops and this time it involves Angel DI MARIA.

TyC are reporting that there is a possibility which could see Angel DI MARIA being relegated to the bench on Tuesday. The coaching staff are reportedly evaluating to see what they will do with Angel as they noticed him falling down after the match against Peru at La Bombonera.

At the moment, the report hints at possibly having Federico FAZIO start at the back with Javier MASCHERANO pushed forward playing in midfield. This would be in addition to the changes made where Enzo PEREZ would come in for Ever BANEGA and Eduardo SALVIO for Papu GOMEZ.

  1. If Icardi cant play because he is injured. And Dybala cant play alongside messi then that does not mean we have to play Benedetto.

How About killing 2 birds with 1 stone

    Messi plays no 9.
Dybala and Messi wont occupy same spot.
Messi far better option than Benedetto.. lol

  2. I’m excited to see dimaria make the difference in qualifying being used as a super sub!!! I’m been saying this is his position for la seleccion… having angel running at tired defenders from the 65th minute on!!! Sub in icardi and dimaria and banega … start Gomez on the left and dybala on the right ! So they can cut onto the strong foot!! Vamos argentina… never a doubt… ok maybe a lil doubt!! Lol

    Coaches post 2014 world Cup

    1. Tata Martino
    2. Edgardo Bauza
    3. Jorge Sampaoli

If you look at the Dutch/Netherland national team, it has the same pattern as Argentina. Both countries are in disarray right now.

  5. I hope we have Macherano biglia did good last match and enzo perez in midfild so, Messi as a 10, salvio and Dybala as winger and Icardi as a 9

  6. If this is true, Sampaoli is absolutely losing his mind. He has brought his nervous attitude on the touchline to the entire squad. Now, the whole team is pissing in their pants just like he always prances around. Fazio is a snail, and against the pacy Ecudorians he’ll be stamped around like a piece of S***. And we can make a scapegoat out of Di Maria, but does anyone have the lungs for the altitude like he does? If only his 2 brilliant crosses were put away by Icardi against Venezuela?
Oh Sampa? What have done and why so many changes at the last moment. I can understand his nervousness and cluelessness, but the nervousness has spread like a disease to the entire team.
For me, given this never-ending nightmare of a cycle that we are going through, nothing is gonna change in this last match, unless we are miraculously helped by results of the other matches. Sorry, how many saves did the goalkeepers had to make against us in the last 2 matches. Infact the best save of the last match was by Romero in the dying minutes. I don’t blame the team but it’s just too much to digest, the predicament we are in.
